We are now looking for an experienced Head of Affiliate Marketing to join our talented affiliate team in Berlin office.


• Manage the Affiliate Marketing Department based on the agreed performance metrics
• Expand the company’s Affiliate network to meet the commercial objectives
• Continuously research and analyze offerings industry-wide and present recommendations and/or new ideas/promotions to continuously improve the output of the affiliate department
• Facilitate efficient and accurate communications with relevant departments regarding the development and maintenance of promotional content and overall presentation of the affiliate program, as well as its adherence to applicable regulations
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding new offerings and ensure necessary approvals/checks are in place, as per company’s procedures, corporate guidelines and applicable regulations/compliance standards
• Responsible to generate and maintain adequate reports (also forward looking) and presentations whenever requested by Senior Management
• Continuously monitor and evaluate affiliates’ activities through appropriate channels and provide timely update and recommendations based on reporting evidence, risks associated as well as qualitative criteria


• Previous experience in a similar position
• Business Fluency in the English language ( Any additional language will be considered an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of the current marketing trends and advertising tactics
• Great understanding of affiliate marketing and affiliate management
• Strong negotiation, analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
