If you cannot log into your BDSwiss account, please first check you have entered your email address and password correctly.
If you are not sure what your password is, you can reset it by clicking on “Forgot Password?”. Then, you should insert the registered email address and follow the steps you will receive via email. You follow the same procedure if you are using the BDSwiss app.
